No sound!

When I saw this I quickly grabbed it for my sons iPad, unfortunately I didnt even take a second to read the reviews first. Ours also has no sound. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it, still none. Im guessing this needs an update! He plays it a little, but says it would sure be better if the sound worked.
